The Adam and Eve Collection are a selection of artwork I made for my AP Studio Class in my senior year of high school at Obra D. Tompkins. We had to make a series of 12 artworks centered around a theme, so I went with a sort of tragic love story. The collection tells the story of the two central characters, Adam and Eve (existing as archetypes, identified by red and blue), who were destined to be together but simply could not find the right time or place to finally embrace their love. Some of the pieces show the central characters whilst others are used to create the atmosphere and world they live in, a sort of dystopia which struggles to bridge the gap between eternal nature and urban advancement.
